As future engineers, you have a lot of exciting opportunities waiting for you out there. There is so much difference that you can make. GET program is where you can start your journey.

You will be working with all the things that are on the cutting edge of technology. Be it designing the latest self-driving cars, innovating a breakthrough remote robotics surgery, writing programs for the next AI system, or even flying off on a space mission to Mars!

Most of the engineers creating stuff for us are still men. Now, if we have all of you as engineers, you would have thought about all the parameters that a man may take for granted and come out with a design that can be used efficiently by both men and women.

Make the most of this program. Be inquisitive. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Don’t be afraid to try, and even sometimes fail and fall. You know what, we also learn through our failures.

Be a role model for other ladies, other young women and trigger the domino effect to get more girls in engineering and technology. You can start to make a difference in the world by helping others to do the same.
